As a Nurse, a Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, & a certified Nurse Health Coach, I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach to health and wellness. The nurse in me also believes in a science-based approach that focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of a health issue.

Community Wellness and Corporate Wellness Speaking Events:
In-person educational discussions on health and wellness topics such as Prediabetes, Diabetes, and Improving Metabolic Health. These discussions are offered to the local community for educational purposes and local businesses for corporate wellness speaking events. These speaking events are available in the Cookeville TN area and surrounding cities.
